Footprints of Faith

Footprints of Faith Class

February 12, 2012 at 4:00 in K123 HighGear Room

Footprints of Faith class is an event designed for families of elementary children to hear about God’s free gift of salvation for each one of us. We will dig into God’s Word to see what God says about baptism. We will talk about:

·      Our perfect God

·      How much He loves us

·      Our problem with SIN

·      God’s gift to us

·      The Cross

·      How we accept this gift of God

There will be worship, games and a large group presentation. Kids will go into another room to complete another activity while parents will have a question and answer time. Families will be given materials to use after the class for discussions at home.

Registration is now open on our website

Partnering along with this event will be:

Baptism Celebration Day: March 18, 2012

This will be a special baptism celebration service.  Kids who have made decisions to be baptized will have the opportunity to invite their family members, friends, and small group members to share in their special day at 3:00 in the adult worship center.  Invitations will be provided. Reservations will be required to make sure we have enough refreshments.

Testimonies of our kids will be filmed prior to this day and we will show each one before the baptisms.  Refreshments will be served after the baptisms.  This will be a special day for those who have made decisions and their families!  More information about this event will be given to those who attend the Footprints class on February 12th.
